Request: Email contact@amateurgolfnetwork.com with your order number.
Instructions: We will send return instructions and an RMA number within 1 business day.
Ship: Send the item back using a tracked service.
Refund: Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
At Amateur Golf Network, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return items and request a refund in line with the policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You can return an item if:
- It is within 14 days of delivery
- It is in a condition suitable for resale
- It has only been handled as you would in a physical store to inspect it
- Items must be returned with original packaging and all accessories where possible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. worn gloves, socks)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
3. Return Shipping
- Change of mind: you pay return shipping.
- Faulty or incorrect items: we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Standard delivery is refunded if the full order is returned
- Express delivery charges are not refundable
We may withhold refunds until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under UK consumer law.
